There are some exceptions to what can be hauled in our containers due to landfill compliance or Florida DOT regulations. Some of these items include:
If you have items like these to dispose of, reach out to your local city or county waste management department for proper disposal guidelines. If we find any of these items in our dumpsters, we will return them to you.
Ask for a complete list of items not to be dumped in one of our waste containers. Learn more about our various dumpster sizes and capacities.

For safety reasons and in accordance with Florida DOT regulations, please keep your load at or below the top level of the container. If you need more space, let us know and we’ll bring you another dumpster. Be aware that our drivers will not pick up containers that are overloaded or improperly loaded.
Some loads cannot be mixed. For example, loads containing concrete require a specific type of dumpster and may only be loaded to a pre-determined capacity to ensure the weight load is legal. This also reduces the chance of damage to the trucks and your property. If you have questions on what can or cannot go into your dumpster, please ask when ordering.
When it comes to the placement of dumpster containers, we’re flexible about putting them where you need them. Our drivers have the experience and training to meet your placement needs.
However, there are some places we cannot go due to legal reasons or the risk of damage. These include over sidewalks or anywhere the right-of-way is obstructed, the truck has to pass over septic or buried piping/lines, or the risk of property damage is prevalent (such as sand, mud, severely broken/narrow driveways, etc.).
Our trucks need a minimum of 2 feet of clearance on each side and above the top of the truck, and at least one-and-a-half truck lengths to roll the dumpster off the truck safely. The driver will let you know if the selected location is safe and appropriate. If not, he’ll help find a good alternative.
Before your dumpster arrives, please take precautions to protect your property for its placement. Our driver can help locate where to put these measures. Other than equipment failure, Daddy’s Dumpsters is not responsible for damages to driveways due to regular placement of dumpsters/equipment and movement of loading/unloading trucks.
